As a result, slight variations in size are part of the product’s natural character.
A difference of approximately 1 to 5 cm when measured by hand is considered normal and reflects the uniqueness of handcrafted items.
Returns are allowed within 24 hours of receipt during the first 7 days from the purchase date.
Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receipt during the first 7 days from the purchase date.
No returns or exchanges are allowed if 7 days have passed since the purchase date, if the item is discounted, if the item has been previously installed, or if the order is custom-made.

Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days within Riyadh. For other cities, delivery takes 3-5 business days. Orders with a value exceeding 3,000 riyals are delivered free of charge unless the delivery cost is 200.
